Mage (Arcane / Frost) keeps trying to cast a spell that isn't ready yet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log a Frost or Arcane mage
2. Load CLU
3. Get into combat and watch as CLU tries to cast a spell that isn't ready yet, 
then stands around doing nothing for a couple of minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: CLU performs the Frost/Arcane rotation properly
Actual: CLU gets stuck trying to cast a spell that is either not off CD or is 
not there at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CLU ver 3.3.2.1.0.0.0 with Windows 7 64-bit (running WoW and HB in 32-bit Admin 
mode)

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried using my Frost and Arcane mage but noticed that CLU is getting stuck 
trying to either cast a spell it doesn't have or is not off CD because it keeps 
saying "Spell is not ready yet" or "Spell not learned" and often gets stuck, 
doing nothing, until I either get hit or I start manually casting spells, then 
it kicks in for one spell rotation, or maybe almost a full spell rotation.

I assume this was resolved after Apoc changed spellmanager.

Tested Frost and fire and arcane all seem to be casting fine on the dummy.

Not sure if this has been fixed or not, to be honest.  It wasn't doing it while 
casting on the dummy, but was doing it while in an instance.  I will try it 
again shortly just to double-check to see if it's no longer doing it.
