Added Icon and Title to website

Description

Changed the default title and default icon of create-react-app

Motivation and Context

The default title does not look cool, so I decided to make a small change to solve it.

A small request

I think I have made an extra commit by mistake in updating my forked repo with the original repo. So please ignore that.
