Add a way to send chats accross the streams #31

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now we have a socket server which is serving to create and moderate a group, adding a feature to send chats across the streams should not be a difficult task.

Describe the solution you'd like This will serve the base of adding live captioning if using many stt and tts software.
