Blue Science Bug #34

When using this mod and crafting the chemical laser flash fuel you need light and heavy oil, to crack these you need blue science, which you can't get because you need light and heavy for blue science, If I am wrong pls correct

change to oil refining (moving light/heavy oil to later stage) has been made in recent version of factorio, and i have not fixed that in SCT yet
