Input Management #11

The input management will act as an common interface with the various
inputs for the game and allow its use without having knowledge about the
specific input.

The InpuManager is 20% completed. The Press events work fine, however the 
Tapped 
event is giving me some issues.  I'm wondering if there is some confusion with 
Released event with the tapped event.  Anyway, the gamepad events with mouse 
events 
will be next to implement.

The Input Manager is 60% completed.  The Input manager now can generate 
watchers for 
both the keyboard and mouse devices.  The next phase will be to implement 
watchers 
for 4 xbox 360 game controllers.  

Will need to document my source code for future reference.

The Input Manager is 70% completed.  The Event class can now hold other events. 
 For 
example, if you are wanting an event to occur when the user presses both A and 
B on 
the keyboard, this can be handled now.

Mouse has been simplified, for easier study and more flexibility.

I'll try to get my hands onto a 360 controller so I can acutally begin 
implementing 
it.
