typo for (usage) context mex-core:SoftwareEnginnering (SoftwareEngineering) #26

Correcting this typo in the core ontology would also create the need to correct one of the nano-pub files after it has been uploaded already. What is the policy for ammendments for already submitted nano-pub documents? Can we simply rectify nano-pub-files and re-submit them afterwards?

Just saw that the nano-pub document will actually be unaffected by the change, so I will just go ahead and fix the typo in the dev branch
