v1.3 sqlite 3 library not detected correctly #122

"Installation" would not work as ./configure shows

checking for sqlite3_open in -lsqlite3... no
error: sqlite3 library not found!

despite clearly havin installed the sqlite3 packages.

It could be an error on my end, however, installation of v1.1 works just 
fine on the same system.

You need the development package of the sqlite3 library, on ubuntu is 
"libsqlite3-dev".
Installing this, it worked for me!
