Support for URLs in Event Details #289

If the Message part of a log event contains a URL, e.g. to detailed 
documentation or descriptions, it would be nice to be able to directly click on 
the URL and open it with e.g. the standard browser. This avoids a lot of copy & 
paste and allows to give additional info without bloating the log files.

It's a very nice feature request. Maybe you want to help with implementation? I 
can guide you with changes which need to be done.

thx for the info. I will have a look at it today but since I am
working I can only work on it on weekends. So everything may take some
