Use Log4J Level names #311

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a log4j log file and check the log line levels
2. Enable the Log level filter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can see the Level constants from java.util.logging.Level instead of 
org.apache.log4j.Level. I would like to be able to choose between them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2 on Windows 2008 R2.

Please provide any additional information below.
