Marking/Unmarking whole maker groups with one click #317

Version: 1.2.0 and 1.3.0-SNAPSHOT / Windows 7 - 64bit

This is an enhancement which would improve the usability of the tool.

When starting to process a logfile (parse/tail) I always start with using 5-10 
markers on the file and then filter the marked lines only to get an overview. 
This would be much more easy if I could just somehow use a whole group of 
markers in one choosing from the context menu (or some other way) instead of 
going through there 10 times (or more if I slide past the second level a few 
times)
