What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open any log file
2.Check "Logger name filter" in the "Filters:" panel.
3.Check "String contains filter"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For "Logger name filter", the field label should indicate that an exact logger
name is required, not a substring of any type. Expect something like "Enter
name" or "Enter logger name". Instead get the un-useful and gramatically
incorrect (for British or American English) "Enter a text".
For "String contains filter", expect "Enter text" or "Enter substring".
Instead get the gramatically incorrect "Enter a text".
