Persist clear table non-confirmation setting #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use "clear table"
2. Use checkbox to save not-ask-again.
3. Restart OLV
4.  Use "clear table"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should not be bothered again; but you are.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Will need to somehow allow for resetting of the default do-ask-again setting.

I believe that the setting could be reset easily with a button on the Tools > 
Preferences screen.
