Inadequate grunalarity with Level filter #326

The bottom selection from the "Level filter" Level pulldown list is "SEVERE /
ERROR / FATAL". Such coarse groupings largely defeats the purpose of
filtering. Would be ok if severe and fatal are grouped together because there
is ambiguity between them.

Most importantly, user should be able to filter ERRORs separately from
SEVERE/FATALs. I suspect that they are grouped this way because JUL has no
level between WARNING and SEVERE (a surprisingly bad design choice), but users
of all other Java logging frameworks use level ERROR all the time for the
intuitive and obvious purpose. OLV should support this very common use case.
