What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Otros 1.3.1-SNAPSHOT-20150127072917 on Windows
2. Open a log file
3. Close the tab
4. Try to move the file on disk to another folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to move the file,the file should be released

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.1-SNAPSHOS as mentioned above

Please provide any additional information below.
