@aarmey The document attached tracks the status of every comment. Orange means that they require some thought / will be more challenging to address. Most of the rest are addressed but would like to have your feedback, specifically about what I write in red.

Ok, I'll update the word document in a bit, I agree it's easier to work there. There's still benefit from having the latest version of the manuscript in master so I will keep both up to date.
