Examine response to low/high dose of IL2 across cell populations #227

Do this by making a figure of cytokine activity vs dose for all cell populations. This is to investigate the dichotomy of low/high dose having opposing effects.

By "all cell populations", you mean that I should match receptor expression levels with the cell types in Ali's tensor factorization, correct?
