Agenda

Change the testing to self-hosted runner? It's faster and @aarmey can just install BNG version won't change often.
Status of assembling CPTAC/other data?
Status on experimental measurements? I think we're settled on cell lines with a time course?
- Are existing PTRC experiments sufficient?

Small/side items

I'm a little uncomfortable about the state of Theano (documentation is now down, PyMC plans on making a wrapper around Jax). Perhaps @aarmey can help move things to Jax?
Initializer/regularization for linear autoencoder setup in #18
