Take AML patient and cell line data and plot the members of the pathway identified in #5 in a heatmap. If relevant, plot for additional cancers from PDC.

Using gene list, collect proteins and phosphosites.

Done. Please see the updated code. There are some bugs as well in the phosphoData folder. I changed them as well.
