[Dewhale]: Based on the image you've provided, I'll create a static React JSX prototype for an exchange rate site. The prototype will include a header, a currency converter section, and a footer with a call-to-action. Please note that the actual conversion functionality and dynamic data fetching are not included in this static prototype.
