When click on the deploy button from README.md, got failure:

There was an error loading the template from URI 'https://github.com/meyergm/azure-stream-analytics/blob/master/Samples/TollApp/TollAppDeployment/azuredeploy.json'. Ensure that the template is publicly accessible and does not have any comments.

Fixed template URL for deployment. Please test and confirm.
