adds data dashboard tab to details show page
populates industry and organization contribution data into pie charts (see below)
adds test for data dashboard tab ❓
what are your thoughts in terms of style? right now it's bringing in the defaults for charts.js and the charts are stacked on each other, but we could also bring in other chart libraries or could customize the chart defaults
page layout
what other data points might we want to display in chart form?

@cmacaulay I do not see any changes considering the style. Regarding your code its clean and efficient and it looks good to me.
