Fixes include:

New WP/EPA Versions (Cross Validated)
- logging the correct variables (distance)
- leveraging cleaner yard line information
- extracting timeouts and using that in WP
Cleaner Post Play Identification (using case structure)
Calculate EPA (cleaned this up to match the new models)
