Default location #48

Add default location for CMV to be the current location of the user. Use the HTML5 geolocation.

Completed this issue, it now gets the user's current location (if the user allows it, if they block the location detection, it sets default location to Lawrenceville, GA), and uses this to set the centers for the maps and sets the default place for the program
