Add more incentive to write a good PR description #33

Pivotal stories as PR descriptions is not ideal as most stories have either too much, or too little information. This encourages developers to write a proper description of their changes.

I like this. I've thinking for a while to offer an API to override the custom message from Pivotal Tracker. I think it would be quite interesting that you could say you only care about story id or story url. I might break this functionality on the future, but for now, I'm happy as it is! Any thoughts on this before i merge ?
