When env MEMCACHIER_SERVERS empty, use file cache. #12

Great idea. I suppose you've tested it live?

Yes.

Firstly write .present?, but this method works only in rails. So change to .empty? and it works perfectly in production.

Thanks! Merging this. I'll deploy to the Yarp production servers too.
