S3 and Heroku support #8

The app is now working correctly working on Heroku with S3 support, cutting bundling time 3-5 times (depending on whether the specs are cached or not).

Also, the application only relies on caching strategies specified, won't go through all of them while reading.

We merged Dawids changes from the other PR into this as well to get both working together.
