Kolekti metricfu #195

Replace MetricFu MetricCollector by Kolekti's

Brings the Kolekti API to MetricFu. This is expected to improve maintenability and portability.

Also fix persistence strategy use of Kolekti's hostpost metric results API.

@mezuro/core I've added a minor fix removing a file.
