Enable users to login using their github accounts through OmniAuth

• [ ] Create configuration files for client_id and secret
  • It shall have a sample with dummy values, only enough for getting unit tests passing
  • Add details to the HACKING.md on how to properly setup
• [ ] Install github omniauth integration gem
• [ ] Add login button to the layout

Bonus:

• [ ] Make it generic enough for adding other login methods such as Gitlab

Hello, could you please pass me the client ID and secret that is necessary to set the omniauth?

I believe both should come from some variable not hardcoded, and thus thus can use any information in order to test locally. Or am I wrong?
