Zoomed item doesn't render when mousing over itemstacks in JEI recipe/usage GUIs.

Mod version: 1.10.2-1.1 Forge version: 1.10.2-12.18.3.2221

I'm not really sure it should zoom here, the focus is on crafting and not so much on building. What do you think?

Imo it feels inconsistent if it doesn't work in all GUI's.
