Buffering #87

While playing a movie from a network share (internet share), movies are played 
slowly, as if buffering or bandwidth was not enough for the movie size.

If the same movie from the same internet share is played from my tv or a 
computer, everything is ok and movie playing is smooth.

Test movie size : 700MB
Internet connexion : 18 Mbps

Using mediaplayer2 (0.59_20150320) on Vu+ Solo² (Mips32)

Is there a way to improve buffer/bandwidth limit

Iftop says : 10mbps while beginning play
             300kbps after the 5 first seconds, reason of flickering

it is working with an old image backup (feb. 2015).

Hello, 

buffering is not mediaplayer2 responsibility. It just uses enigma2 built-in 
player for playback. So it is entirely image dependent.

Currently in Openpli image buffering works like this:
