THE APP DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE IS FREE?????

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  i INSERT THE APP.5 TIMES WITH PICS.
THE FOLLOW DAY JUST DISAPPEARED

2. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG I'M SO TIRED WITH THIS ....
PLEASE DONS;T ASK ME MORE, THE ANSWER IS THE APP. DISAPPEAR OVER AND OVER 
AGAIN, i PUBLISH AND JUST VANISH!!!!
