Reduce number of dependencies #46

Candidates to go are shiny, plotly, data.table, dplyr, mvnfast, rstudioapi, miniUI, shiny

Removed all of the above here 3ff2fa51e0f585197ecd470f9775e8c2b221db60 but reintroduced shine and shine.qqGam here c4785ed049230c1fbb8aa2680f8531e94cdee414. So we still depend on shiny and miniUI.
