dictionary README has wrong instructions #119

The dictionary README tells you to copy the chosen dictionary to dictionary.wl 
but then skipfish looks for skipfish.wl.

Need to make them consistent.

Please read the examples carefully; it also instructs you to use -W 
dictionary.wl in there.

You are right, I missed that bit but why not copy it directly to skipfish.wl ? 
Why make the user add the -W?
