IPv6 support status #154

Using a IPv6 DNS the scanner wasn't able to resolve the target name.  Using the 
address directly outputs the following to the terminal:

[-] PROGRAM ABORT : Scan target 'http://[fd19:3c36:9d0c:50:136c:fa8:54b:9be1]' 
is not a valid absolute URL.
    Stop location : main(), skipfish.c:672

Sorry but IPv6 is not supported at the moment. I'll update the wish list to not 
forget about it ;-)
