Wiki for beginnings of a community knowledge base on what alerts mean and how to fix them #52

A huge benefit to running skipfish would be to create a wiki page (or set
of pages) where we can start a knowledge base of what alerts mean and how
to fix them. Probably makes sense to have it moderated by a few people.
Maybe (if the wiki allows it) rate solutions or something along those lines.

It's an open source project - you are welcome to set it up if you think it 
would  be 
productive :-) But this is really low priority on my list at this point - there 
are 
several more pressing features to implement.
