NVBW (bwgesamt): Doppelte stop_ids in stops.txt #74

Beschreibe den Fehler Der bwgesamt-Datensatz enthält in stops.txt mehrere stops mit gleicher stop_id, obwohl diese eindeutig sein muss:

"de:09162:100_Parent","","München Hbf","48.1402306","11.5583352","","1","","",""
"de:09162:100_Parent","","München Hbf Gl. 27-36","48.1415254","11.5567093","","1","","",""
