NVBW (bwgesamt): Angabe wheelchair_accessible im Widerspruch zu Reiseauskunft DB #99

Beschreibe den Fehler Im bwgesamt-Datensatz sind Trips der Deutschen Bahn mit wheelchair_accessible=2 angegeben (No riders in wheelchairs can be accommodated on this trip., siehe GTFS-Referenz), obwohl diese in der Auskunft der DeutschenBahn mit "Behindertengerechtes Fahrzeug" angegeben sind.
