Existing shapes are dropped before feed calculation #30

In case the official dataset comes with shape data, we should only calculate potentially missing shapes. I.e. as shape qualities improved lately for e.g. VVS (see https://github.com/mfdz/GTFS-Issues/issues/4).

Note however, that this might lead to straight line shapes where the original GTFS publisher just published these.
