Continuous integration build #189

Hey Dale; I hate to bug you, but it looks like the TeamCity build for this project isn't working anymore. The last build e-mail I got from it suggested that rethinkdb couldn't be run on the agent, maybe; it had a bunch of errors about not being able to connect to the server. I attempted to re-execute the build just now, and TeamCity showed that there were no "supported agents" available.

I have CircleCI setup on a few of my projects these days and I could setup continuous integration with that system if you'd prefer to not support the TeamCity for this project anymore. You're not obligated to maintain the CI until the end of time just because you volunteered to help with it initially. :-) Just let me know if you'd prefer that?

I went ahead and converted to using circleci for this project. I won't have to pester you, @dragan, for RethinkDB updates anymore this way. :-) Thanks for the TeamCity support for the past year+; it's been greatly appreciated.

@mfenniak I've been away from the computer for the past few days and just saw this. Since the conversion is done, we can just leave it there.
