Require AMIs with volume space already provisioned #47

As a pre-exercise, each student could be required to prepare an AMI before class. The stated requirements should be minimal.

We have some "well-known" AMIs that are useful with Cloudera Director. Perhaps they are also suitable for keeping students out of the weeds with the installation lab.

After lots of thought, decided it was far more important for students to learn they must account for volume space. To that end, I'd rather point out where in the AWS wizard where disk storage is allocated than treat it a problem detail that has to be made to go away.
