DatatypeProperty detected as association and assigned a weird IRI #679

In this specification, "Číslo orientační" is detected as association, even though it is a datatype property in SGOV. It is then assigned a very weird IRI: https://slovník.gov.cz/legislativní/sbírka/111/2009/pojem-z-cim-transformace/číslo-orientační

This seems to be rather an issue with the contents of SGOV. A workaround was implemented in SGOV.
