OR with one option should still behave as OR, not as if there is no OR #699

See this specification, there seem to be no representation of "jen_fyzická_osoba" in the XSD. When I add a second option to the OR, it appears. When I remove it, it disappears.

Actually, now, the definition of the included complex type is missing, so the schema is mostly empty. See this specification
