t-htmlCss: confusing log message #103

t-htmlCss (compiled from e086fdad0a94b00d15fc42ddd3f76536e89e0693) occasionally logs an INFO message saying that it failed to load its configuration:

caption:Addon failed to load configuration
text:Failed to load configuration for: Fault tolerance default configuration is used.

However, the configuration is loaded and the files are downloaded.
