nsoud - dcterms:title instead of dcterms:description for paragraphs #53

E.g., http://linked.opendata.cz/resource/legislation/cz/decision/2013/3-Tcu-76-2013/expression/cz/decision/2013/3-Tcu-76-2013/cs/section/1/paragraph/11

The text of the paragraph is in dcterms:title. Isn't it incorrect usage of dcterms:title? Shouldn't it be in dcterms:description?

Mas to pro judikaty jak pro ty sekce a paragrafy, tak i pro cely judikat tu jejich xml hodnotu. To my prijde jako husta uchylnost rvat cely XMLko do dcterms:title :-P

No, odcs:xmlValue jsem bral jako interni property v ramci ODCS pipelines. Je otazka jestli to pouzit i na vystupni data. V lekove domene pouzivame http://salt.semanticauthoring.org/ontologies/sdo#hasHTMLContent - bohuzel ale ta SALT ontologie uz je nepodporovana. Nenajdeme nejaky ekvivalent v nejake standardni ontologii?
