DPU is opposite to VirtuosoLoader - it should connect to virtuoso via sql and run the dump_one_graph procedure on the selected graph and destination.
Note that currently, the dump_one_graph procedure always produces .gz file - reported here: https://github.com/openlink/virtuoso-opensource/issues/265
