@pbrehmer I had a go at introducing literate. The examples don't quite work yet. I imagine you can pick it up from here and have a go at fixing the issues.

Great, thanks! Yes, I will fix whatever needs to be fixed. By the way, I talked to Stefan today and got some feedback on the docs -- so I will also implement his suggestions and maybe work on #36 then.
