Stop the dav server during dealloc and fix some potential leaks #111

Hi @mfikes,

I tried to fix the issues I brought up earlier for stopping GCD WebDav server when the context and ABYServer is no longer in use and some potential leaks reported by XCode in swift project. I have tested both within the demo app and my project. I didn't see any other error or warning. Please let me know if the changes are OK and if I need to make further changes.

I have signed and returned the CA form to David Nolen
