As now the .cry format only contains the crypted text. It would be awesome if it also contains a list of all stickers that can read this file.

I'm not sure if the stickers should be part of the file, or only a list of the sticker names?

Pro for including stickers: You can easily inlcude new stickers from people who should also be able to read changes to the text you make, so you can easily work one file with different people. You can include new stickers to your sticker album by getting crypted text files.

Con for including stickers: you can't prove the validity of each sticker if it is not in your personal sticker album,

Thought a bit about it. Actually this is a second way to distribute your sticker. The only withdraw I see is that the user kind of looses control over the distribution of his sticker. Sure, stickers could be sent around anyways, but the suggested approach would lead to have your sticker published in any file you've been added to as reader, and ther's not really a way to opt out of this process.
