UWP support for Hololens2 #2

hi mtz,now I am try to upgrade your vlc-unity project to have uwp support ,but now the problem is what I can found in the nuget prebuild libvlc is version 3.x. but the vlc-unity is base on libvlc 4.x version. I don't wana build libvlc uwp version . I am sure it's awful work. so mtz do you have some good idea about those thing?

Do you know is there any easy way to build libvlc 4.0.0 uwp ?

Hi,

Can download nightly builds from https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-winrt/pipelines

But this will be quite some work...
