Move printing to a new module #1

Because printing is not coupled to decoding.

Hello @mfld-fr,

I have been thinking of expanding the printing to include AT&T mnemonics rather than just Intel. This could be implemented using separate printing modules and compiled in depending on preference. Are you interested in such a feature?
